HISTORY OF SHUDH RESTAURANT
Shudh Food Court is one of the recognized venture of Swati Group which has got experience of more than three decades in operating Government licenced lotteries across India entered into hospitality industry with the inclusion of two hotels “Swati” and “Swati Deluxe” and two restaurants namely “Suruchi” and “Shudh” one in each hotel. Both units are situated in city centre of New Delhi at Karol Bagh.

Shudh Restaurant is specialized in various vegetarian cuisine. It was the first multi cuisine Food Court in North Delhi. It serves tangy and lip smacking assortment of Mocktails, Fresh Juice, Ice Cream, Snacks, Soups, North Indian, South Indian and Chinese variety of food in stunning interiors with soothing.
DESI KONA section offers you all pure vegetarian assortment where one could find finger licking and tempting array of Indian Subzi, Dal and breads.
SUPER TAMBI includes variety of South Indian dishes .It includes different type of Dosas, Vada, Idly and many more.
CHOW-HO-JAYE includes different variety of starter and main course of Chinese cuisine. It includes the lip smacking variety of Cottage Cheese in Garlic Sauce, Chilly Paneer gravy and so on. Other than this the awesome variety of Soups, Noodles are also served here.
HEARTH STONE specialty snaks includes different kind of Burgers, Veg. Cheese Burger, Pizzas like Jalpeno Pizza, Tandoori Pizza and the variety of Sandwiches and Pastas.
S.L.U.R.P section includes Fresh Juices, Ice Cream Shakes, Ice Cream sodas, Tea-Coffee and Mocktails like Black beauty, Rising Sun, Fruit Beer, Aam ka Panna is also served here.
Shudh also have banquet cum conference hall with the capacity of more than 100 persons. It is well designed hall providing audio visual facility like microphones, public address systems, projectors.
